Ronan watched Noah disappear, brow knitted together. But then he smirked at Gansey instead of answering his question and stood up, giving his armpit an experimental sniff and shrugging. "Come on. I'll explain on the way to the car."

But first he needed to stop by the kitchen. Following the path he remembered from his exhausted stupor earlier he found Noah, Chainsaw, and Wingnut. "It's not permanent." He explained, picking up a piece of fruit and holding it for Wingnut before gently petting over her head. "I took her to Cabeswater. Bought one of those Tiny Houses everyone's losing their shit over and parked it there so she has a place to live. Declan takes Matthew to see her. I don't think he likes magical forests, but if anyone can get in and out of there without conjuring something it's him."

Chainsaw mutilated her cheezit, still pent up frustrated from the car ride, and then hopped closer to Gansey, tilting her head to look at him with one eye.
