"Knowing how Niall planned things, he probably did intend it to be indestructible." Despite being the creations of a dreamer, most of the artifacts at the Barns had a permanence about them that reminded Gansey of the objects he'd seen in museums. If Niall liked something, it would last. Gansey doubted that Ronan's father would go to the trouble of dreaming up a car and keep it if he didn't mean for it to last. If he hadn't, he would have dreamed up another car to replace the BMW.

Watching Ronan and Noah, he wondered if he should feel jealous. Wasn't that a normal reaction to your kind of boyfriend hugging someone else? Instead Gansey relaxed, the world returning to a more normal configuration. If Adam was with them, it would settle into its correct place, but this was close to normal.

"Are you sure that you want to share?" he asked Ronan. Not because he didn't want Ronan in bed with them, but Ronan seemed to worry about his gift and what might happen if others were near when he slept. Not that Gansey worried about it. Ronan's creations wouldn't harm them and if something did try such a thing, Gansey had the feeling he'd be able to stop those actions. "You're welcome wherever you wish to be, but we won't push you to do something you're not comfortable with."
